By completing the submission of the next order through Luxury Travel Member, we will process your request. You will be added to the Hilton staff’s front desk account within a few days. How to Book Hilton Friends and Family Rate?

Get authorization from a Hilton employee.
The Hilton Friends and Family Rate is only available to Go Hilton employees’ friends and family. You need your Hilton employee contact to add you to their Friends & Family list through the Go Hilton program.
Receive your Hilton Friends and Family Rate code.
Once authorized, you will receive a confirmation email along with your Hilton Friends and Family Rate code (FF code) linked to your account.
Log in to the Go Hilton portal.
Visit the official Go Hilton website and log in to your Go Hilton account. Make sure to use the same email address authorized by the employee.
Search for hotels and apply the Hilton Friends and Family Rate code (FF code).
Enter your travel dates and destination, then select special rates and apply your Hilton Friends and Family Rate code. Browse the discounted hotels available for booking.
Book your stay.
Complete the booking. At checkout, you will see your Hilton Friends and Family Rate discount applied.
Show ID at check-in.
Bring your identification when checking in. Some hotels may verify your authorization electronically, but be prepared to confirm your eligibility if requested.
